Community Assistance & Relief Everywhwer (CARE) is an organization of development professionals and volunteers in Distt. Mardan.  CARE was established in Aug, 2012 and registering under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 in the office of The Provincial Registrar Joint Stock Companies & Societies bearing  with the well to empower communities, based on the principle of mutual respect, devoid of all kinds of discrimination on the basis of caste, religion, gender or any other social or political identities. CARE is also registerING with Social Welfare, Women Empowerment, Zakat and Ushar Department FATA Secretariat Peshawar PRC .

CARE is a multi-sector non-government organization .It has a vast working experience in community development, social mobilization, capacity building, education, health and relief.
